Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Yael Advisory, the seller and provider of Yael's consulting, coaching and technology services. References to “Yael,” “Yael AI,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean Yael Advisory.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use Yael's website, services or the Yael AI app, you agree to these terms. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Services and licence
Yael Advisory offers consulting, advisory, 1:1 coaching and Yael AI. Consulting and live coaching engagements may be subject to separate written agreements. During an active membership or purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the applicable service for its intended purpose.
4. Not professional advice and AI limitations
Yael AI and our coaching support reflection and decision-making. They are not legal, financial, medical, mental-health or other regulated professional advice. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for checking outputs and for all decisions and actions you take.
5. Accounts
You must provide accurate, current information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Yael Advisory is the seller for all orders. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Core and Executive Membership 7-day trials convert to paid monthly memberships unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel, update your card and view invoices from the Membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Promotional access may be changed or withdrawn as stated with the offer.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the services unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; create or share illegal, hateful, abusive, deceptive or non-consensual deepfake content; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; introduce malware; probe, scrape or interfere with security or availability; attempt to bypass safeguards or usage limits; reverse engineer the services; resell access; or use outputs to make regulated professional decisions without qualified human oversight.
8. Your content and AI use
You must have the rights and permissions needed for prompts, resumes, feedback and other content you submit. You remain responsible for your inputs and your use of outputs. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Yael Advisory a limited licence to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove content that violates these terms or creates a safety, legal or security risk.
9. Intellectual property and complaints
Yael Advisory retains all rights in the services and their software, documentation, frameworks and branding. Except for your content and rights that applicable law may give you in outputs, these terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you. Rights holders may report suspected infringement through our contact page. We may remove content and suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
10. Availability and warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation, or that any output will be accurate or achieve a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Suspension and termination
Yael Advisory may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, infringe others' rights, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using the services at any time; cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not erase obligations incurred before cancellation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yael Advisory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid Yael Advisory during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will note the date of the latest revision above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
