1. Who we are
Yael Advisory provides consulting, advisory, 1:1 coaching and the Yael AI coaching app. Yael Advisory is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Account details (name, email), membership choices, contact and booking requests, newsletter sign-ups, and the content of your coaching sessions, goals, intake answers and career information you choose to share.
3. How we use it
To provide and personalize coaching, respond to requests, manage memberships, improve our services, and send updates you've opted into. We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI processing
Yael AI sends your session content to trusted AI providers solely to generate responses. Your coaching conversations are private to your account and are not used to advertise to you.
5. Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run Yael, including hosting, AI processing, analytics and support providers; with Stripe, our payment processor, for payments, subscriptions, tax calculation and invoicing; with legal and accounting advisers; when required by law or authorities; or with your consent. Stripe handles card and payment data under its own privacy policy.
6. Security & retention
We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect your data, and keep it only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations.
7. Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us through our contact page.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will note the date of the latest revision above.
