Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Yael Advisory offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a membership payment or add-on purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send us a message through our contact page with the email address used for your purchase and the date of the order. We'll confirm by email.
3. Subscriptions and cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Membership page to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not automatically refund an earlier charge. If a charge falls within the 30-day guarantee, request the refund separately as described above.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued by Yael Advisory to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. The time required for funds to appear may depend on your bank or card provider.
5. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
